Do you offer currency exchange?
Yes, but we only exchange for USD
Do you provide room set-up for occasions?
Yes, for an extra charge between Php500 to Php1,500
Do you book airline/ferry tickets?
Unfortunately, no. Although our front office staff are more than willing to assist you
Do you offer smoking rooms?
All of our rooms are non smoking but we have designated smoking areas around the hotel
What credit cards do you accept?
Mastercard, Visa, Unionpay, Diners Club, AmEx and BancNet
Can we leave our luggage first and come back when the room is ready?
Yes you can leave your luggage while the room is not ready yet
When is the best time to travel to Coron?
Dry season is from October to mid-June
Can I invite outsiders to my room?
Visitors are allowed to stay in your room for 1 hour only. They must present an ID upon entering the premises
Do you have laundry service?
Yes we have. Laundry received before 12 noon will be delivered by 7 pm on the same day. Laundry received after 12 noon will be delivered by 7pm the next day
Do you have a safe in the room?
Unfortunately no, but you can leave your valuables in our centralized safety deposit which is located in our Front Office
