With our continuing efforts to create a trusted and nurturing environment for you, we have

embraced a series of safety standards and precautionary measures at our property.

Vela Terraces Hotel's cleaning procedures have always included deep cleaning and sanitation. 

These procedures are now being expanded to include COVID-19 protocols under the guidelines of the

Department of Tourism, Department of Health and the World Health Organization.

 

Reception and Public Spaces: Sanitizing stations, reduced contact at check-in and check-out,

touchless transaction options, mandatory wearing of masks, physical distancing, temperature

checks, room keys are sanitized,handshake free zone, increased cleaning and sanitising

frequency of high touch areas and our lap pool will remain closed until further notice to control 

physical distancing policies.

Guest Room:  Additional sanitizing amenities such as room disinfectant spray, bathroom

disinfectant and hand sanitizers. Introduction of hospital grade disinfectants, 6 hour "booking

buffer", new laundry protocols and deep cleaning of high touch areas.

Food & Beverage:  Sanitizing station, in-room dining, dine-in by reservation only to control

physical distancing standards, reduced menu items to better monitor food safety, reduced

contact procedures.
